Required Documents
You agree that you will provide the necessary documents to move in such as:
● Right to rent (ID, Passport and visa if needed)
● Job reference or student letter
Holding Deposit
The holding deposit is not refundable in the following circumstances:
● If you provide false or misleading information
● If you fail the right to rent check
● If you decide to withdraw from the process of renting the property
